Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of Kaal is free. Your life timeline and your current season cost nothing. Only the deeper reading for every chapter is a one-time ₹49 unlock, paid through Razorpay. This policy covers that unlock.

Kaal offers digital astrological readings that are generated and delivered instantly. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

1. Nature of the product

Paid readings are digital content, created for you and delivered immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refunds

Because readings are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we want you treated fairly — if any of the following happen, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right:

You were charged but did not receive your reading due to a technical error.
You were charged twice, or charged in error.

3. How to request a refund

Email kaalsupport@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment reference (or the reference from your bank or UPI app). We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider.

4. Cancellation

As readings are one-time, instantly-delivered purchases, there is nothing to cancel after delivery. If we introduce subscriptions in future, the cancellation terms will be shown to you at the time of purchase.
